This trip will be the two of us and three year old DD. Since she's still not tall enough to go on thrill rides we're trying to limit most of our activities to things she can partake in, and so that DW and I are not stuck riding a lot of things alone all day.

First Day - MK, sleep in, have lunch at the resort or the park, spend the afternoon in Fantasyland, FP Pooh, Peter Pan, and the Mine Train, we have dinner ADR at BOG and BBB reservations that night.

Second Day - AK, sleep in, have late breakfast or early lunch in park, FP the safari, Lion King show, and the night show if available. Also plan on the gorilla trail and Rafiki's Planet Watch. Dinner at QS in the park.

Third Day - DHS, sleep in, have Fantasmic package lunch at the park, FP Tower of Terror, Toy Story, and the Frozen sing-along, also plan on single rider line for Rock N' Roller coaster and the Beauty and the Beast show. QS for dinner and Fantasmic that night.

REST DAY

Fourth Day - Epcot, sleep in, QS lunch at park, FP for character spot, Spaceship Earth, and Frozen, walk around World Showcase, dinner at Biergarten.

Fifth Day - MK, PPO breakfast, FP for Splash Mt, Jungle Cruise, and Pirates, QS lunch, watch parade, early dinner at resort, and bed.

Sixth Day - Epcot, sleep in, FP for Soarin, Turtle Talk, Mission Space, TS meal at Coral Reef, QS meal in World Showcase OR TS lunch in park, keep FP the same, but go and leave earlier instead of sleeping in.

Seventh Day - DHS, sleep in, FP for Toy Story, Little Mermaid show, and Star Tours, TS dinner in park, hoping for Star Wars fireworks.

REST DAY

Eighth Day - MK, sleep in, character lunch, FP for the Little Mermaid, Belle, and Dumbo, parade, and then QS dinner and Wishes.

Ninth Day - AK, sleep in, TS lunch, FP for Dinosaur, Nemo show, and Safari, QS dinner.

Tenth Day - Epcot, sleep in, World Showcase in the afternoon, late TS lunch, FP for Frozen, Character Spot, and Turtle Talk, QS dinner and Illuminations.

:wave:Hello, Disneyfan4ever! It's been a long time. Congratulations on both your marriage and baby. I'm delighted to read such happy news. :jumping1:

I think your itinerary looks great. You can't keep too-grueling a schedule with a 3 year-old in tow.

I do question what kind of tickets you're buying. You are showing plans for 10 days with no park hopping. Is that because you're buying 10 day MYW without park hopping? I have no idea what they cost and wonder how much more an annual pass will run. Also have you seen the Parksavers deal on 7 day park hoppers?

I have never purchased park hopping but I bought them for my trip in October. I am going with my extended family, most of whom have annual passes. I don't want to miss out on joining them any given day because I can't park hop, and now I'm planning to use the hopping option to get around MNSSHP hours.

Not sure when your trip is planned, but the same scheduling issues occur with the Christmas party nights.

Thank you! She's technically only my goddaughter, but love of my life right there.

We don't have hoppers but we got a good deal on our trip, which included tickets. Last trip we had hoppers and the only time we used them was to go to Epcot one night for dinner after being in another park. With DD it's just not worth the extra $200 it would cost us.

BBB reservations at night - I'm thinking that this might be something that is better done earlier in the day so that you can enjoy the hair and outfit for longer. I know that they use a ton of spray and it probably will be okay the next day but just in a case, you maybe want to think about moving this up. If you can get in.

Otherwise your plans look great! Very relaxed and easy which is what is needed with a little one!

From a quantity standpoint it isn't alot, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. Nothing looks "wrong" with that for a 12 day itinerary but you could probably do all of those things for a few thousand dollars less and a few less days. Looks like an awesome and relaxing time.

Congrats on your trip! I know different things work for different families, but in my experiences traveling with my 3 year old, we survive better with a daily plan of: get to parks early, do as much as you can in first couple of hours, take a long siesta back at the hotel, and then return to the parks for the evening. From a quantity standpoint, you can get WAY more done in the first two to three hours of the day than you can in two to three hours mid afternoon. Plus, you avoid the most miserably hot parts of the day.

That being said, if you think your current plan will work for you and your family, enjoy!

Are you allowed to FP Tower of Terror and Toy Story Midway Mania on the same day? I thought not...

Just remember to plan for afternoon naps. With your itinerary, if you're staying on site, it won't be that big a deal - just pop home for the nap. Or, if you have a stroller, your daughter could sleep in the stroller right in the park.

My best advice for travelling with kids is plan around their schedule. If she takes a nap, she's going to still need a nap, and there's a decent chance she won't let you "sleep in" if she's not used to sleeping late. Also, once you get home, you're going to have to get her back on the regular schedule again. Tired kids can ruin a great trip, remember that.

Yes, ToT is a tier 2 FP+.

I think your plan looks good if you don't want to wake up in the mornings and your DD sleeps in. My kids don't so this would be a disaster! The only thing I would change is the BBB appointment in the evening. I would want to take more pictures (all day) if I was having that done. :)

Does your little one normally sleep late? If not, she's not going to start on this trip. If she is up early, you may be better off getting to the parks early. Plan around her. My DS4 would, on a long trip like this, pretty quickly get on a schedule of staying in the parks late at night (we love the nighttime entertainment) and then sleeping late the next morning, but it would take a few days of early wake ups and long afternoon naps to get him there.

I agree...I thought BBB at night sounded a little off with a 3 year old. I would try and move it up or to a different day. It also might not go well if she is too tired to sit still.
