Can you purchase a refillable soda mug onboard?

When I was on the Wonder last December I remember seeing Halloween soda mugs (looking very similar to the ones sold at WDW hotels). I didn’t see them up close but they looked exactly like the one I got from my stay at the resorts.

I saw that Disney just released a new Christmas/Holiday mug at the resorts in Florida and I was wondering if they would sell that on the ship?

I am only wondering about the mugs that look exactly like the ones they sell at the resorts.

There is no charge for soda from the beverage station or in the dining rooms. There is a charge if purchased from a bar or room service. As you can get free soda there is no need for the ships to sell refillable mugs. The mugs you saw were, I assume, brought on by passengers who has previously been to WDW. It is common for people to bring on their own mug/cups to use as the cups at the beverage stations are small.

The gift shops onboard do sell various styles of cups for hot and cold beverages. I haven't looked carefully, but it's possible some are holiday-themed.

On our HOTHS cruise two weeks ago, they were selling the Jack Skellington sipper at Preludes, so if there are any holiday-themed mugs/sippers, I'd check there. (This is separate from the tervis tumblers etc that were in the gift shop, obviously.)

The sippers are typically available for purchase at the popcorn stand by the movies. And they seemed to be in line with what they were advertising at the parks. Depending on when you are sailing, there might be limited quantities.

Just back from the Magic and they had two different Christmas themed mugs for sale at Preludes. They had the Christmas refillable mug that is currently being sold at the parks. They also had a snowman head wearing a Mickey Mouse Club set of ears.I have seen posts about this mug being sold at the Christmas Tree Trail at Disney Springs. Both mugs were $8.75 and came with a can of soda.
If you are interested in popcorn buckets, the Magic had all of the Christmas ones being sold at the park at a much cheaper price. The Christmas tree and the Toy Story Alien were $25 at the parks and $15 on the ship. They also had Santa Mickey and Christmas Pluto for $13 and they were $18 at the parks. The Christmas refillable bucket was $8.75 as compared to $12 in the parks.
