Can you order items from Disney over the phone?

My step-mom is hosting a bridal shower for me late April and was wanting to know if she could buy a few gifts for me from Disney. Would the World of Disney or any other store allow her to call and order things over the phone? If so does anyone have a phone number I can pass on to her?

I don't know the number off hand, but www.allearsnet.com has the information about how to contact people. you must know what you are looking for though. they don't have a website or anything like that.
