Can you order half servings @ TS restaurants?

I haven't tried, but my answer would be No.

Doubtful they will do that.

A lot of restaurants will allow this. But the only Disney restaurant I recall that does it is Palo on the cruise ships. Won't hurt to ask, but be prepared to be denied.

Some places around here have a "half portion menu".

Some call it a "Senior Menu" some call it a "Lighter Menu". My oldest son will some times get the smaller portions of the chicken fingers he usually eats because they bring out a ton sometimes and he doesn't eat left overs.
