don't think pixar should be included. For one, most of the pixar movies were not made while under Disney ownership. Disney simply had the distribution and merchandising rights, but they were Pixar products. Remember, Jobs actually decided to completely break from Disney a few years back, and it took Disney a Giant fortune (making Jobs the single largest owner of Disney in the process) to buy Pixar outright.
Also, I agree that Enchanted doesn't count, because it is only very partially animated.
Several of you have named movies that are not animated. Also, I believe the word THE appears in some of the titles, so those don't count. The Aristocats, for example... and Atlantis is not the title... It's Atlantis: the Lost Empire
If you just go with movies released in theaters.... it would be these, if you include Pixar
Before opening the thread, I came up with as many as I could NOT COUNTING PIXAR (as others have said, you get more than 13 with Pixar included). I did not count anything with "The" in the title (such as The Aristocats, The Rescuers). Without looking at the thread, I got:
Pinocchio
Dumbo
Bambi
Fantasia
Cinderella
Aladdin
Pocahontas
Hercules
Tarzan
Dinosaur
Atlantis
I read the first few posts and saw Bolt, which I had forgotten about.
And I only just now finally thought of Mulan.
Now to see if that's the correct answer.
BZZZT! Incorrect! I just went back and read the thread and had forgotten that Atlantis isn't just Atlantis. I don't think Enchanted counts.
OH, DURRRR!!!! I just realized: Tangled! It was one of the first I thought of, but had forgotten it again by the time I posted! Just call me Dory.
OK, replace Atlantis with Tangled, and I think that must be the list.
