If you are unsure which park you will be in that night, can you make more than one table service reservation per night? Or will the online dining reservation system not allow you?

Online any reservation within 2 hours of another (i think thats the time frame)...you get a pop up message asking you if you want to cancel your existing ressie to make a new one.

You can make more than one reservation per night. Just give a fake name and phone number. I would avoid making any TS reservation under these circumstances at any restaurants hat require a credit card. Use the real name and number for any credit card reservation. Should work unless I am missing something

You can technically do this however please keep in mind that booking double reservations may keep someone else from getting a reservation - depending on the restaurant. If you use this practice, please call as soon as you know which one you will be using and cancel the other so that the restaurant does not lose that business.

Thanks for adding this.

Nope I think you have it right. Which explains why many restaurants now need a credit card to hold, right?;)

I guess too many no shows resulted in the CC guarantee and resulting no show charge.

Online, no concurrent reservations within 2 hours of each other, unless you make them under different names.

If your party wants to split and eat at different restaurants, 407-WDW-DINE will help you with that.

WDW wants to cut down on instances where guests make multiple reservations for their entire party at the same time, knowing that they will not be using one or more of those reservations, for example, while the party waits to determine which park they prefer to visit.

From what I've heard, the credit card guarantee and cancellation policy has cut down quite a lot on no-shows, the difference being dramatic for some restaurants.

+1

Especially at the "in-demand" restaurants, you should probably avoid doing this excessively.
