Can you look at my plan/ADR's and make suggestions?

I would appreciate suggestions to our dining plan and also tips on which parks to go to on which day. I am traveling with my 4 yr old son and would prefer to do as little running from park to park as possible. We are bringing a stroller. It will be just the 2 of us traveling and we plan to have a nap or down time each day mid day if possible.

This is our plan so far:

Day one
arrive 12:30pm staying at AKL
not sure what to do once we arrive
lunch - CS not sure where.
5:40 Dinner Garden Grill (buffet?) - TS
see Illiminations after dinner

Day2
Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - Crystal Palance Breakfast - Winnie the Pooh? but i think I am cancelling this
and having Dinner instead:
Dinner - Brown Derby (2TS and here I will pay for my sons meal not use credit)
not sure what to do in the evening suggestions appreciated

Day 3
MGM - Disney Playhouse in the morning
Lunch - Coral Reef for lunch (I will pay for my sons meal agian here or we whill share because with our dinner plans we will be eating alot of food today)
Dinner - Ohana's - TS (famliy style)
need ideas for what to do in the evening

Day 4
Animal Kingdom
Lunch - Tusker house - CS
Dinner - Hollywood and Vine - Fantasimic pacakge

Day 5
9:15am Pirate Crusie for my son in the morning
what to do afterwards? He also gets lunch with this.
6:00pm Wishes at MK ( it is early this day due to Mickey's christmas party)
Dinner - Whispering Canyons

Day 6

10:20 Chef Mickey TS
1:30 Alices Tea Party for my son
go back to hotel relax, nap, swim etc
5: 20pm Dinner Tony's town Square TS I may cancel this and just do CS or try to go to Boma's at the hotel instead.
7:00pm Mickey's Christmas Party

Day 7

not sure what to do this day
we leave at 5pm and we will use whatever we have left over CS wise/ snacks etc this day.
