I want to plant these trees in my new yard, I am guessing they are a blue spruce cultivar? I need to be able to ask for them by name, so please help!

It looks like a Tamarack. They are very hardy (lots here) and lose their needles in the winter.:goodvibes

My DH says he thinks they are Blue Atlas Cedar (Cedrus Atlantica). He's got a hort degree but that doesn't always mean anything! ;)

Thanks everyone for their responses.....but Abbie i think (after doing some internet research on his suggestion)that your DH is absolutely correct! I cropped the picture a little closer....so maybe i can get more confirmation.

You may not know this but Tamarack a/k/a Larch lose their needles in the winter so if you are hoping for an evergreen that may not be your best choice.

Yes, it is a nice house in my subdivision....the cool thing is it backs up to the Boise River and nature preserve.

Reading about the Blue atlas cedar, the tree only keeps that cool spare/stark silhouette until it matures, so it is one tree that looks better before it "fills in" ! But, it should be OK the first dozen years!
