Can you help me with a request ?

I will be staying at Contemporary Tower and would love to request a MK view.How do I go about this.I've read you can fax it to the hotel 2 weeks prior is this true?I got nervous because in the Unofficial guide it says to note your request on your reservation and fax also but I didn't note it with the AAA agent that booked my package...What would you do?

I would bombard everyone! Fax them, call them, get back to your AAA agent and make them note it, etc. This way you would of exhausted all possabilities.

Ok I will,I wasn't sure if I could make a request with the AAA agent but i'll definitely try it.Is asking for a Magic Kingdom View good enough,or do people say Castle view?

Many of the resorts are ignoring the faxes. If you feel better faxing it then go ahead. The best thing to do is have your requests noted in your reservation. You can also ask nicely when you check in.

Yeah, I thought faxes were being phased out, which is why we didn't add a page in the trip planner. A notice in your reservation is the best bet, I think.

If you do choose to fax, I wouldn't do it 2 weeks prior. The reservations are downloaded from Reservations to the hotels 4 days prior to arrival. If you fax before then, they won't have any reservation to apply it to.

FWIW, when we went in September last year, we just noted our requests on our reservations and got everything we wanted.
