Can you help me find a deodorant that works please?

Am I weird? The deodorant part works, but the anti perspirant part doesn't. I'm sick and tired of having wet armpits. I can't find one strong enough to keep me dry. Is there any such thing out there? Sorry if this is TMI

Yes, this will work, I promise you: Certain-Dri ....you may have to hunt for it a little ....I've found it in this area at CVS, or Brooks Drugstores. Or, ask your doctor for a prescription antiperspirant called Drysol. But the Certain-Dri will work!!

Don't think this is weird, but my DH swears by Suave naturals.

They are really marketed for women, but we have tried everything for him. He even went to the doctor about it.

So, that is what works for him.

I try other brands (sale prices or something) but keep coming back to Mitchum Roll On - once it is dry - it is DRY!

Secret, the old original white solid. The new clears etc work, but they 'feel' wetter which makes me think they're not working- I was turning into a complusive armpit sniffer I'm so used to the drying sensation of the original that I just can't get used to having damp pits all day

Degree Spectrum Protection. It's the only thing I've found that I don't sweat through. Secret Platinum has more fragrances but doesn't work as well for me. And like someone said before, don't use clear, they don't work as well.

I prefer the clear gel and have been using it for years. I haven't had a problem with wetness since I started using it.

I prefer Secret solid, the old-fashioned kind, with the pink stripe (powder scent?).
Hubby really liked Degree, but it turned the armpits of his shirts yellow. Now he uses Gillette Power Stripe.

Another vote for Certain Dry - it is the only product that works for DD & DS. I have to buy it online (www.drugstore.com) because I can't find it anywhere around here but it is great!!!

Ok, I swear I tried every single deodorant/antiperspirant on the market and nothing worked! I was so frustrated and decided to purchase just one more one that I have not tried before going to the doctor and asking for prescription. Certain-Dri WORKS! I don’t use it every day I use Secret every day and switch to Certain-Dri every once and again for about a week because it stings when you apply it if you have sensitive skin like I do. However even using it once a month for a week does the trick for me and my blouses and shirts prove it by not having the ugly sweat stains under the arms.
