Can you get in RSR standby line until closing time?

So we'll be arriving early afternoon on a day when DCA is open until 10PM. We expect that all the RSR fastpasses will be gone by the time we get there. We are doing the WOC dessert party for the early (9PM) show. So assuming we head over to RSR after the show, will we still be able to get in the standby line and ride? I'm not really concerned about the wait time; just want to know if we will be able to get in the line, and if so, that we will be guaranteed to ride that night (assuming no breakdown, etc.). Thanks.

Normally guests are allowed to get into an attraction line up until closing, so as long as you make it to RSR before 10:00 pm, you should be able to get in line. I'm sure there are exceptions, but they're pretty rare.

As long as you are IN line by park closing time, you get to ride regardless of standby wait time.
