We are inviting friends to come with us to the BCV and their two boys don't want to share the pull out. Can we get a roll away bed for the room?

No, DVC resorts do not provide cots or rollaway beds. You can bring your own air mattress or sleeping bag. The resort will not provide extra bed linens.

Depending on their ages, you might be able to get by with just bringing sheets and turning the sofa cushions into a bed for a small child. Otherwise, an inflatable bed is not that difficult to pack, and twin sized sheets don't take up much room. There is usually an extra blanket in the master closet.

Thanks! It's hard when you have kids the kids aren't the same sex. We are "giving" this family a 1 BR, and we just don't have the points to give them a 2BR. Having two girls we have never even thought of this problem for some families of four.

How old are the boys? I might understand teen boys not wanting to share a bed, but younger kids ought to get a life. They are getting a nearly free vacation and they want to fuss about it?????

That was my first thought too. If these boys ever plan on taking any youth group trips or overnight school trips, they can plan on sleeping 4 to a standard hotel room and they won’t then be sleeping with a sibling. I took several of these type of trips as a young girl with our church group and never heard of any of the boys having an issue with the sleeping arrangements (or the girls either, for that matter). DS is going on a four night school trip and he doesn’t have a problem with sharing a room with three other boys, knowing he will be sharing a bed with one of them.
