2026 Disneyland Resort Calendar - Official & Unofficial Events

Thanks so much for the info! This will be our first DL vacation and we were considering July 9, 11 and 12th for our DL days. Would you recommend that the following week would be much better for crowds? I’m also not sure which is less crowded in July, weekends or weekdays, as I’ve seen both recommended. What do you suggest?
If you can avoid a Dance the Magic weekend, I would. Unofficial events pop up throughout the year but, right now, the following weekend looks better. @OlliePop27 what do you suggest?

I would try the following weekend, if it works with your schedule. July weekends should still be good. July has typically been good because of the high ticket prices and MK blockouts. Some of the passes are not being blocked all of July anymore, so it's a bit unknown. I would keep your eyes on this site once the new MK is released in January. See what the blockouts are in July and try to avoid those dates (probably weekends will be best for you). Also, look at the single day one park ticket prices once the calendar goes out to July (only out to May right now). The more expensive the tickets, the lower the crowds. If the single day prices are $180 or above, the crowds tend to be lighter during the summer time. If the prices is below $180, and a lower pass is unblocked, watch out.

On Feb 17, there are no DL reservations available for MK holders. DCA is still available. It is Mardi Gras. I know it is a school break in the south. Does it also impact Disneyland? Or is there something else happening on that day?

I wondered about that. I'm wondering if it's a combination of that stuff (maybe also being Presidents Day adjacent) and it being the last Sweethearts' Night (closing at 8pm).

March 14 - No MK reservations available for DCA. Anyone know what is happening on that day?

Edit: I think I found it - USA All Star Super Dance Nationals. But why is DCA full and not DL?

Has anyone heard rumors for the last day of Monster's Inc? Could that be March 14?

Do they perform AT DCA?

I'm supposed to go April 18-20, which falls over Filipino weekend. Does anyone know how that will affect crowds? I already know Dapper Day can be crowded so I'm wondering how both events at once will be.

The Filipino event is large, but they usually plan their own activities (scavenger hunts, special dinners at Great Maple, etc). You can look at DKababayan on Instagram to get an idea of what happens at their events.

Last year, Filipino weekend overlapped with Tiki Day and Bats Day.

This was one of the weeks I was originally planning to go. But moved it a week later so that there is only Food & Wine going on. No "weekends" and no after dark.

It was really difficult to figure out a "good' week to go with holidays, spring break, after dark events and other unofficial days / weekends.

I'm tempted to do that, too! It's hard to find times with just regular crowds these days.

@LKing I don't see Showstoppers at the Disneyland Hotel on the list of events. There are two events. February 13-15 & May 22 - 25.

I only discovered this because SoCal Disney Dad had this listed as April 22-25 and I was freaking out because this is the week we are going. Turns out he had it on the wrong month.

I added them to the calendar but I don't think they impact crowds inside the park as much as DTM does.
