another question: How long do you defrost it for, and is there any special wrapping that you do to preserve it? Or do you just put the bread in as is?
I freeze bread all the time, and unless it spends a LONG time in the freezer, its always fine.
and only $1.59 at the outlet. It's hearty bread, not white/soft anyway, so day old is fine.No special wrapping required, just toss it in the freezer. It takes a couple of hours to thaw, so plan ahead.
