Can You Find Out Your Room Number in Advance?

We're staying at WL the nights of May 7, 8 and 9. Can we find out our exact room number if we call Disney?

No... your room numbers are assigned when your room is ready. Your room might not be ready until 3pm -- sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. The only way to find out is during check-in. If your room is ready, great. If not, they'll give you a number you could call to check if the room's ready.

When we checked into POR this past Friday at 1:30, they wouldn't give us our room number since it wasn't ready. We called and called and finally they gave us our room number at 4 pm.

They won't give you the room number in advance in case they need to do some moving around.

After you have checked in they won't change a room assignment but until you are standing at the desk they could change the room if someone has a demand and that room is available.

If you are doing this because you want to arrange something for the room arrange for it to be delivered after you have checked in or someone else may get your surprise.
