I think that's my toughest photography challenge. Well, not your granddaughter and husband...my wife and kids. I hate slowing down the action to take pictures. That's why I have so few posed shots. At this stage in my life, most of my shooting is done on the run.

I feel your pain. I have very few posed family shots. Actually, near the end, my wife realized that we didn't have any photos with all of us. At one point, we were going to set up the tripod pointing at the Castle with us in the foreground and use a timer release, but we never quite got to it...

On the last nght, I was running around MK with the tripod trying to keep up with the group and still get a few nights shots. We went to Pirates and I thought they understood that I was just going to take one quick shot of the skeleton in the crow's nest then join them, but apparently they didn't realize that. I took my photo (which turned out pretty mediocre, unfortunately) then ran to catch up with them, and they'd already gone on the ride! Fortunately, it was a walk-on so I rode it solo then found them outside.
