Can you cx 3rd FP before hopping?

sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before....

If we use our first 2 FP in one park and then want to hop before our 3rd one, can we cx that 3rd one after the first 2 are used?

(So theoretically we could get one in the next park?)

Or do you have to wait until the time has expired?

Do that in REVERSE.

BEFORE you use any of the three FP that day, CANCEL the one (or two) you know you do not want.
