Can you change names on a dinner reservation

We have a few dinner reservations that need to be canceled and was wondering if they could be passed on to specific people (like fellow Dis'ers)

If we called and had them change the names on the reservation would the do that?

No, they won't, it's not allowed.

Post your cancellation on the Cancellation Thread for the month you are going, and perhaps a Diser can pick up your cancellation. You can post that you will be cancelling these reservations, or you can set up a time by which you will cancel them, so readers will know when to check.
