Can you borrow transferred points?

I know you can bank transferred points, and I thought you could borrow transferred points, but the CM I just had on the phone insisted you could not borrow transferred points.
Anyone know?

This is true. Only current Use Year points may be transferred ( or points in next upcoming UY ) they are then usable in present UY or bankable to next but they cannot be borrowed.

Here's a thread I started asking this exact same issue on 09/02/09. In essence, there is language in our Home Resort Rules and Regulations stating that you cannot borrow transferred points.
