can you book FREE DINING online?

I tried doing this on the WDW website but cannot fine a place to enter the offer code....so I guess I have to call, right?

You can book your reservations with the free dining on line. When you click on "tickets and reservations" look to the left of the page you should see "special offers". Click on that that will show you the offer for free dining. Just book your trip from there.
