Can you book an AP package if . . .

the youth/child in the room don't have AP's? Or how is that done?
When we go in November I will have an AP but my children (12, 11, 4) will not. Can we even book a "package"? And if not, does that mean we can't get the Dining Plan?

You can book the room yourself (having an AP), plus buy them their tickets and add Dining. Don't think this will be complicated.

The AP package with dining has to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival...
but the AP package is room and dining plan only.
Since you are travelling in Nov, AP rates are not out yet.

OK - one more question. I will be there later this week with dh (who won't be going in November). Should I go ahead and book the room for November w/ the BB rate in case the AP rate doesn't get released? Is the BB for room only?

don't know what the current bounceback is for room only, but yes that is what we did in Dec 2009. We booked BB room only, then changed it to AP when the AP rates came out for Feb 2010..
