OJO IS HOME! OJO IS HOME!
Yep, we picked him up last night. He looks, ...umm like a cat that was almost mauled to death. He's got his "touch me..and I'll kick your A$$" catitude back.
He's got to go back to the vet tomorrow morning for another check of the wounds.
He's still on plenty of medications (that's fun
)..and he's still got his pain patch that comes off day after Christmas.
CAN YOU BELIEVE..he's already gone to the door to go outside?...WTH is the matter with this cat? Like that's gonna happen.
I tried to pick him up to show him..that we have 2 FEET OF SNOW..but let's just say he wasn't in the mood, and I thought better of picking him up.
Especially when he tried to eat my hand!
Oh good times...nice to see something in this house is back to normal. Even if it is an one eyed ornery monster we call a pet !
Oh..and the vet bill
..
We've got a very good son...he called the vet's office before we picked Ojo up...and he PAID it! Can you imagine that? We were shocked..and Bob wanted to give him the money..but Bobby would hear none of it. He told us that we do a lot for him and we've taken care of him his whole life, and he wants to do something for us. To let it be.
Soo..here I was cryin' again. At least they were happy tears for a change.
I've got a great son and a pieced together one eyed beast.
Thank you ALL so much for your support, prayers, and good wishes for Ojo.
I will try and post a picture of my crabby feline later.
