I am thinking after reading the posts that we may want to do Dinner with Shamu while we are at Sea World. We will be going with DSs 2 and 4. I don't think they will make it from 9AM through to dinner without a rest. I was thinking we could head there a little later, maybe they will sleep in the car, then spend the afternoon and evening at Sea World. Will we have time to see enough with this plan? Thanks!

Here's a definitive answer... maybe. At SeaWorld the factors that determine how much you can see and do are show times and park closing time. IF you are there when the park is open late, you can probably do it, but you won't get to see every show. It seems like the show schedules never really work for you to just flow around the park. For you ages of children, I'd recommend the Shamu show (Dine with Shamu is a great up close look, and the whales do some "behaviors" but its not really a show), Pets Ahoy, and the Clyde and Seamore show. Figure out the times of those shows and then plan on visiting the exhibits you really want to see in between shows.

Even if you got there at opening, you couldn't see everything, so don't worry about it. With kids 2 and 4, you'll be going at their pace. Agree on seeing Clyde and Seamore, Shamu, and they'll like the play ground behind Shamu Stadium.
Eat lunch before arriving the park. That way you'll save money, and avoid the long lines to eat. Grab a few beer samples at the hospitality center. It's located next to the Clydesdales, the kids will enjoy looking at the big horsies.
