Can we use MIL and FIL's FP+ if they leave early?

Sorry if this is considered Disney immoral... don't want to step on any toes.

My MIL and FIL may be leaving the morning of our last day at the park. Would we be able to use their FP+ later in the day if they don't use them?

Only if you have their ticket or magicband I believe though. At least that's how we did it in January. My grandma did go in Everest but my dad used her FP because he didn't have one.
