Can we use cards and magic band?

We have card tickets but my daughter wanted to buy a magic and as her souvenir. Can she scan her band in park but for booking additional fast passes can I use her card at the kiosk so she doesn't have to take it off if she isn't with me?

A. If she buys a MB at the park, it needs to be set up to a totally DIFFERENT MDE account than her current info...
IF you want to use that new MB for "extra" Same-Day-FP+.

B. If you connect the MB to her current MDE account info, it will be interchangeable with the RFID ticket, and
it will not allow additional SDFP+.

So for additional SDFP+ go with "A."
If you want to use the card at the kiosk to connect to the FP+ info on her MB, go with B.

You can't do both.

Not sure this will work. Wouldn't the second MDE account need to have admission media tied to it? And wouldn't the use of FP+ on that second MDE account be dependent on the ticket being used for admission that day?

1. No. Not for Same-Day FP+.
