Hi fellow Disers! I did a search on this topic, and I'm finding conflicting information on this subject. Some people say you can tip the concierge, and others say that Disney's concierge can't accept tips.
Our trip is not until November, but I've already received excellent pre-trip planning service from the AKL Concierge staff. Therefore, I'm sure we will want to provide some nice gesture to the staff. I know that most people prefer cash, but if the concierge staff is not allowed to accept it, would a small gift be appropriate? (something like a nice box of chocolates or chocolate covered fruit?) Any other ideas?
If they are allowed to accept cash, what amount is appropriate? Do you give it to them on their last day or do you give them a certain amount each day?
Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer!
