We have a 7:05 reservation at Savi's and then an 8:25 Le Cellier. Is this cutting it too close or do you think we can make it?

You do have until 8:40 to check-in @ Le Collier.

If you’re walking from DHS to Epcot and take the shortcut through BWI, you can get to International Gateway in about 20 minutes if avoiding Skyliner guests in the area.

You should be able to make it by leaving GE by 8:00 but, are you planning to take photos with your sabers out and about in SWGE? If so, you should try to move up your Savi Reservation, or, check-in earlier in the day to see if you can be fit in earlier, or, forego Le Cellier.
