for making our kids laugh

for making those parks and resorts spotless

for making the coffee hot

for making the water and soda cold as ice

for making the popcorn fresh

for making the parade go without a hitch

for making the fireworks perfect everytime

for saying "welcome home"

and for putting WDW in a league of its own?

I'll second that whole-heartedly! In all of the times I have gone to the World, I have never found a single CM who was anything but friendly and helpful. Here's to everyone who has anything to do with making our vacations magical every time!

CM's do make the trip even better. So many of my most magical moments were because of something a CM did to make something better.

We returned last Thursday, and I can't say enough about the CMs EVERYWHERE we went...and during a very stressful time, with Frances approaching. I plan on writing a letter of thanks to the AKL resort manager. Everybody from the front desk to the bell staff to the savannah guides was incredibly accommodating and bent over backwards to make our stay magical. Thanks to all the CMs who stayed with us through Frances!!!!!!!
