So far, there will six of us college kids going to Disneyland sometime the first week of June. We all know Disneyland is really expensive and don't have a lot of money to eat every meal in the park (and we don't want to leave). I'm wondering, can we bring sandwiches into the park with us? I'm thinking one on each person that way they don't just see a backpack full of sandwiches and sodas  We'd also be bringing some sort of beverage because drinks at Disneyland are RIDICULOUSLY priced. I mean, come on! $3 for a Coke?!:scared1:

I don't think that they will say much if each of you bring a sandwich into the park. Drinks and snacks are okay. You just can't bring in anything in a glass container and no hard sided cooler. Have fun!:thumbsup2

I was thinking a few on each would be alright. I know that if you plan on having a hard-sided cooler you have to eat in the picnic areas outside of the park, which we might do if everyone wants to.

If at some point you do want a meal in the parks, remember that the counter service portions and quality are higher in DCA for about the same prices as DL. ;) Your plan sounds fine to me. We have done baggies of nuts and dried fruit and bottled water.

We always bring water and snacks. No one has said a thing. I think you could get away with a footlong sub sandwich and a plastic bottle of soda if you wanted to. You can take a small soft sided cooler, but I'd put it in a locker for the day. Nobody wants to haul that around all day. Or throw what you need into your backpacks and call it good. Glass is the only no-no I know of.

We always bring drinks and snacks without any problems. I've seen people bringing small coolers in with food.
