Your plans are coming together very nicely! Not a lot of MUST do's, which will really help you meet the goals. My only concern is having enough time after your ADR at Chef Mickeys. Realistically, you may not get out of there until 6:30 then to EPCOT until 7:00 or 7:15. That will leave only just a little time to do any touring around WS before you have to be in place for Illuminations.

Although I've not eaten there, I"ve heard Fairfax Faire is quite good.. YOu might want to check out their menu at DHS.

Thanks Liesa, I figured Illuminations would really be all we would get to do/see that night- so that is the main goal, just wishful thinking to tour the left and right of the location I picked out

So my ticker says 21 days until Disney which is true, but my husband so kindly pointed out to me that yesterday we were exactly 3 weeks away from heading to our vacation destination. So today we took down 2 Mickey heads, and since I have been a bad DISer again (sorry two sick kids and a possible move on the horizon, plus today is Joey's actual birthday) so here goes the countdown:

30 days until .... (lost this head )
29 days until a magic carpet ride
28 days until we ride Dumbo

27 days until Toy Story Mania
26 days until Laughing with Monsters
25 days until a search for Push

24 days until we defeat Zurg
23 days until Peter Pan helps us fly
22 days until the world becomes small

21 days until a ride on the monorail
20 days until rope drop at MK

Will be back with some birthday pictures and more plans but first here are my parents MUST SEES:

MK- Jungle Cruise, BTMRR, Country Bear Jamboree, Space Mountain, Hall of Presidents

Epcot- Mission Space, Test Track, Ellen Energy adventure

AK- Kiliminjaro, Flights of Wonder, Kali River Rapids, EE, Dinosaur

19 days until we witness movie magic
18 days until we go on safari

Here are my sisters families must do:

DHS: Playhouse Disney/Disney Junior Live on stage, Magic of Animation, TSM, LMA, Indiana Jones Show

AK: Boneyard, Affection Section, It's Tough to be a bug, Festival of the Lion King, and Kiliminjaro Safari

MK: Mad Tea Party, Tiki room, Monsters Inc laugh floor, Tom sawyer Island, Liberty square riverboat (so this day they definitely have a different touring idea)

Epcot: Captain EO, Seas with Nemo, Living with the land, TT, turtle talk and they want to eat in Japan.


Well my baby is 3 now, I made him a special design to go with his cupcakes, but haven't put it on a shirt yet. But here are some pictures from his special day:

The crying happened before he got the plates opened
He had sprinkle pancakes with syrup and a waffle with chocolate chips for breakfast

For dinner he wanted corn and rice, then we made some suggestions to which he said yes to everything, so we had a sort of buffet for dinner,

Here are the cupcakes I made for him

And the gfcf ones I made for Jack

He got money which he said "oh I got a ticket"
And a gift card which he didn't know what to do with

He has a whopping $80 to spend in WDW with his gift card and cash, I think he'll be happy once he shops in the parks

The box in front was from us and holds a leapster, which should come in handy on the drive down to Florida and back

Ok, well time is ticking away here and I still have to update the last few days, but will hopefully get that done in the next few days. Because I also have some pressing projects for work and home to do. And some catching up on ptrs and trs I'm always so behind.

no worries, me too, we just have so much going on that I have had a hard time keeping up with our group ptr/tr and my person ptr, and all my subscriptions, so no worries, I think it's just that time of year for everyone.

I'm hoping to make an actual post with plans in the next couple days. I have so much to do yet, I need to contact the restaurants we are dining in with more specific food needs for Jack. And finishing up our touring plans to send to my sister, and finishing up shirt designs for the trip, and staying on top of other things for work, jacks school, and home life.

Today I calculated how much it would cost for our character meals including tax and gratuity. So next weekend I can go get gift cards at the Disney Store and already have that money ready.

Today we had another skating funn day for my work, so I'll post my trip update tomorrow. Jack had a GREAT time, and his old teacher got him to go down the slide in the climbing area.

Wednesday Plans:
Breakfast @ Kona (Mom, me, and sister)

I will then drop Mom and my sister at Universal Studios, then I'll head back to Disney for a Dismeet with Melissa

I'll head back to the house after Melissa and I part ways, where my family should be done with naps and lunch, then the four of us will proceed to Fort Wilderness to:

Do the Pony Rides
Explore the camp area/beach
Have a Picnic dinner
And hopefully get on the firework wagon ride

Thursday Plans (our last park day)

Park hours:
AK 9am-7pm
DHS 9am-7pm
Epcot 9am-9am (world showcase opens at 11am)
MK 9am-11pm (morning EMH)

Breakfast at castle: Mom, Sister, Niece, and aunt
the rest of us will show up at MK to do a few rides and then hop on the monorail over to Epcot

Top 5 for Epcot:
1. Test Track
2. Soarin'
3. Character Spot
4. The Seas with Nemo
5. Innoventions

If time allows:
1. France
2. Japan
3. China
4. Turtle talk
5. Living with the Land

Snackin' in Epcot

Ok read the posts from your ADR's forward...sorry Jess. Lovin the plans and the flexibilty you have written in and of course using TOP 5's we love that! and when ever I hear of someone going in a large group which we have done, I think it is important to have all togehter time but more imprtant just that special "your family" time....

your days are looking great and WOW it is super close too!

Lovin the plans and the flexibilty you have written in and of course using TOP 5's we love that! and when ever I hear of someone going in a large group which we have done, I think it is important to have all togehter time but more imprtant just that special "your family" time....

So our plans keep changing and changing and I'm less than 2 wks away from our vacation

We recently have had some car issues, and I don't mean with our van I mean with the kids being upset sitting in the van. My husband and I have been talking the past two days and with the long drive down we want to give the boys a day to just relax and get use to the house before we jump into a park... so we will be driving Friday and Saturday, then Sunday we will sleep in (our only sleep in day) and do some swimming, do some grocery shopping if needed, maybe head to fort wilderness if the boys seem up to it, and do our group dinner at Chef Mickeys and either head somewhere to watch the water parade or try and view the fireworks from one of the resorts or do the firework wagon ride, it's really just going to be a whatever we feel like day (the only plan is our grand meal at chef mickeys)

oh and...

11 days until the boys drive cars
10 days until we wear mickey hats

UH oh for the boys not keen on being in the car long...do DVD's work??

the first day sounds perfect...I try not to scheudle anything major on the first day either...it's hard work traveling.
