Thanks for your help in advance. I trying to find out if something is possible. Last week I purchased BLT. At that time my Guide was able to reserve BLT for me for 8/24-8/28. I have confirmed that reservation. Before I was considering my purchase of DVC, I had made a cash reservation for the same days at POR. I would like to change my lodging for the cash reservation to the DVC reservation. Before I confirmed the DVC reservation, I called central reservations and asked if this was possible. The CM said yes. He said confirm the DVC reservation and then call back. The trouble has begun since I've called back. Central Reservations said when I called back that MS had to do it. When I called MS they said they couldn't do it.
Since my airline reservations are with the cash reservation and they are non-refundable I can't just cancel the lodging portion of the reservation. The terms and conditions of the cash reservation say if you cancel the Land portion then the entire reservation is canceled. So...
1. Is it possible to do this without loosing my airline reservation? I realize my park tickets, and DP can be rebooked through MS as long as I don't lose my ADR's.
Otherwise it looks like I'll have to cancel the DVC reservation or keep the DVC reservation and lose the value of the airline tickets unless someone knows another way out of this situation. Thanks again.
