Can the 100 freebie points be transferred?

Recently DVC offered a one time bonus of 100 developer points for add-ons over 120 points.

Does anyone know if these points can be transferred after DVC deposits them in the original contract?

NOTE: The points are deposited into your home resort.

Our Home resort is VWL, the account the 100 freebies were added to. We are thinking of selling the VWL contract on the resale market but wanted to keep the points to book a ressie.
