Can still go from park to park right now?

We will be there in March for 2 days. Staying at RPR. Are they allowing park to park (including Hogwarts Express) right now? Thanks!

In general, yes, moving park-to-park is possible and for the most part still the same though there are a few caveats. HE is now limiting a single family in each cabin. So the lines/wait might be a bit longer. And given the limit on the number of people allowed in each park right now, during higher crowd days, if the park gets full, they will close it for general entry. So on those days, you might not want to leave one park to go to the other as you might not get into it.

But overall, Universal hasn't put in the park restrictions that Disney has. So no having to sign up for a specific park each day or limits on moving between parks. So you should be OK (except possibly during those really, really crowded days.)

Im pretty sure they open the walkway between the two parks when the close for capacity
