I recently applied for the Disney College Program Fall Advantage. I have no received any communications since my phone interview. I checked my dashboard today and it says WDWCP Lifeguard H/H then under HR status "on boarding available", but I have not received an acceptance letter in my email or communications. I am assuming I have a role as a lifeguard, but what I really want to know is what does "onboarding available" mean.
Can someone plz explain my status? DCP Fall Advantage
