Can someone please lend a hand?

My daughter has been trying to help me out, but she's having trouble too. She doesn't get home from school until 5:30 then she's loaded down with the homework. I work during the day and go to school at night and I'm trying to juggle everything while my husband works 14 hour days (UPS driver). I realize it's getting late, but I've got three pics that I need all in one to make my Christmas card. I know everyone is busy this Christmas season, but I would really appreciate the help. There's gotta be someone out there!

I wanted to have a white background, Santa on the bottom right side of the picture, not even an inch tall, with picture of the family inside the thought bubble (family picture the focus of the card). I can add the text. We have Photoshop 5 and she just can't get it to do what we want. I purchased the pic of Santa through iStock.

I figured I'd throw this out there one more time - it never hurts to ask.

I would like it for the Christmas card, the kind you get at Costco, so it would have to be 3.5 h x 5 w........
That's what I had in mind but we kinda look stretched out....

When I sat down I said a little prayer and it has been granted. Thank you both for taking your precious time and helping me with this project
I chose the one that Mickey88 done because it fit into the window that Costco's photo store provided. I loved them both! When I tried the one that dcg did, it would not fit - Santa's head was chopped off.
I also added the words, Sometimes Naughty or Nice isn't so cut and dry, to it.
I'll scan and post as soon as I pick them up on Tuesday.
