So, about 3 weeks ago, I called and booked our room room only reservation. I just couldnt take it anymore. I had to do something to get things moving along. I originally made a reservation at AoA for a Lion King Suite. I started rethinking a few days later about it. After talking with my hubs, we decided that since we are on vacation, I am not cooking. The kitchenette was just not needed. We decided to save a few hundred and switch to 2 joining Little Mermaid rooms instead. I called and changed it. I periodically log on and review the reservation to make sure everything is ok and when I did, I noticed one of our rooms was no longer on there. I called and the CM said that for some reason it had been cancelled. Didnt offer any explanation as to why. Said the deposit I paid for the Lion King suite initially was enough to cover both of the LM rooms so there was no problems there. It deleted my husband and 1 of my sons. So I was led to believe that everything was fixed.
I called again just now to ask if I could put in a request at check-in for a ground level room and yet again, one of the rooms (with my husband and son) were deleted.
So now, I have no idea what is going on. Does anyone know what it could be? Why it keeps deleting one of the rooms from our reservation? I would hate to have to call and add our room every week until check in OR arrive for them to say, " sorry, we dont have any joining rooms available " and us be stuck.

Just another reason to call and see what is going on with those 2013 rates.
