Can someone make me a Goofy design?

I was trying to make something from disneyclips.com just using Goofy's face and then my son's name which is Alex. But every time I print the pictures it's too pixely. Can someone make me a simple design with Goofy and the name Alex?

Also, I printed the transfer once and ironed it onto the shirt and it came out really really light, like worn out and faded looking. I'd like to just do another transfer right over the first one. Can I do that or is the shirt wasted?

I put his name on this one that I had.

I have heard about people ironing one over another. I think they said to make sure the one on top is bigger than the one on the bottom - and know that the shirt will probably be hotter with two transfers. It is your decision but I would just go get another shirt.
