and give me your thoughts/feedback..thanks!

Arrival Day: Enjoy pool/resort (AoA) and dinner @ Chef Mickey's
Full Day 1: MK Day - Breakfast @ Crystal Palace & dinner @ CRT (QS for lunch somewhere)
Full Day 2: HS Day - Breakfast @ Starring Rolls , Lunch at Hollywood & Vine (I know that the food is not that great BUT it's a must for my kids) Dinner not sure if we are doing QS or another ADR like 50s Primetime or SciFi
Full Day 3: Epcot Day - QS Breakfast somewhere, lunch at Sunshine Seasons or Tangierine Cafe and dinner @ Via Napoli
Full Day 4: MK Day - QS Breakfast, QS lunch (Columbia Harbour House or Cosmic Rays) and Dinner @ Be Our Guest (want to meet the Beast)
Departure Day: Breakfast @ Ohana , QS lunch then depart

kids ages are 7, 5 and almost 2 when we go.

Any changes/suggestions...........thanks!!

Depending on dates, I'm going to caution that hours may change and a PPO on MK Day one may turn into not-PPO. Like, near Easter.

Chef Mickey on your first day may be a tough booking, because people who arrive before you will have had first shot.

Day 4, be aware that MK is pretty weak for QS breakfast in park. QS at your food court is a better bet, although AOA's food court can be a little chaotic in the morning. The options are far superior, though.

Arrival Day: Enjoy pool/resort (AoA) and dinner @ Chef Mickey's I Love Chef Mickey's for arrival dinner! I do agree with the PP...depending on the time of year, Chef Mickey's *might* be more difficult to book at the beginning of your trip. I'd be online at 5:45 am 180 days out, waiting for ADRs to go live.
Full Day 1: MK Day - Breakfast @ Crystal Palace & dinner @ CRT (QS for lunch somewhere) I generally do not like TS breakfasts on park days. If you try a PPO--as the other poster stated---RD can change and a PPO breakfast becomes a meal during the golden hours of park touring. Even if it stays a PPO, you either have to watch the clock and rush through an expensive breakfast (and it is hard with young kids to rush anywhere!) or forgo park touring when it is least crowded.
Full Day 2: HS Day - Breakfast @ Starring Rolls , Lunch at Hollywood & Vine (I know that the food is not that great BUT it's a must for my kids) Dinner not sure if we are doing QS or another ADR like 50s Primetime or SciFi Especially if you are staying in a suite at AoA with a kitchenette, I'd either get some breakfast items sent to the room by Amazon Prime or Garden Grocer or I'd bring stuff with me. When my 2 were small, it was much easier to have breakfast while everyone was getting ready. They are older now, but we still do this. We love to sit on the balcony (if we have one) before we start our day.
Departure Day: Breakfast @ Ohana , QS lunch then depart 'Ohana breakfast is great! I love that it is served family-style and you don't have to get up and down to serve yourself and the kids from a buffet.

kids ages are 7, 5 and almost 2 when we go.

Any changes/suggestions...........thanks!!

ok thank you. so If I can't get Chef Mickey's on my arrival day do you think we should TRY for CRT or is that equally as hard to get? Just trying to get a nice dinner in when we arrive.

Are you willing to use a park ticket on arrival day just for dinner?

If you can't get CM, I'd recommend trying for 1900 Park Fare. It's generally easier to get than Chef Mickey.

yes, I am open to using a park ticket for dinner - would prefer it be with characters though. Thanks!!

or I can do this if CM is hard to do on my arrival date:

Arrival Day: Enjoy pool/resort (AoA) and dinner @ BOG
Full Day 4: MK Day - QS Breakfast, QS lunch (Columbia Harbour House or Cosmic Rays) and Dinner @ Chef Mickey's (walk over to the Contemporary Resort)

Do you think this way I can have a better shot at CM? what do you all think?

BOG for dinner on arrival day will be harder to get than CM, I think.

Yep, I think that BOG dinner is probably the hardest ADR to come by, followed by Chef Mickey's dinner and 'Ohana dinner. Those last 2 might be in reverse order.

A CRT ADR is not nearly as difficult to come by as it once was.

I think you will be fine getting that Chef Mickey's dinner as long as you are online and ready to make your ADRs 180 days at at 6 am, unless we are talking Easter week. Even then, your chances are darn good. I often visit during Thanksgiving week and other peak times and have never had any trouble getting exactly what I want when I want it, but I am on the computer at the moment my ADR window opens...with the exception of the elusive BOG dinner! Honestly, after the craziness that surrounded the opening day---trying on and off for hours---I haven't bothered with it again. We like BOG lunch and are happy doing that.

I like the suggestion of 1900 Park Fare. Unless you have an AP or some other unusual circumstances, I wouldn't blow an entire park admission on dinner.

For me HS is not a full day park currently...and less magical with contruction everywhere. If it were me my personal choice would be Animal Kingdom instead. There is so much more so see and do. If the kids enjoy animals the trails are awesome. If HS is a must I would do AK in the morning and afternoon and HS late afternoon and evening. AK is really a two day park now but you could do a lot in that time.

I agree with the previous poster that said eat breakfast in your room at AoA. If you don't want to go to the grocery, you can even just pre-buy breakfast foods at the food court the evening before and keep them in the fridge for eating the next day. That food court is cray-zee in the morning and I wouldn't want to go there with three kiddos.
