Can someone help me with an Avatar?

I don't know if I will even be able to get my image here....but if I do...can someone help me shrink it for my avatar or tell me how(new to all of this image stuff so go "slow")

If it shows up is will be a pic of Faira(sp), Fauna & Merriweather

I copied the web address and plugged in in to the custom avatar spot????

I think in her "haste" Lisa included the img tags which aren't required in this case.

Try it again without the img things.

It should be okay now!
