Can someone help me decipher the ticket increase issue?

I need to buy 13 (10 adult, 3 child) park hoppers for 9-10 days (not sure if we will have that extra day or not, but I'm assuming if we add it on while on vacation it won't be a HUGELY increased cost compared to the appx $10/person price?). We are going at the end of January 2018.

From the first email I got regarding this it sounded like the ticket increase would be sometime before the end of the month, but Mousesavers said tomorrow...? So if I get them tonight (via Undercover Tourist, most likely), they will still be non-expiration tickets, correct?

Yes, they will still be non-expiring as of today. I just bought 2x 5 day. I am having them mailed to me, just in case, so that they can be refunded if there is a problem.

Okay perfect, that's another thing I was wondering. I know they say no refunds on the e-tickets, so I am assuming they do offer a mailed ticket option w/ refunds and it sounds like that's what you did. It's been so long since we have booked outside of Disney so I am trying to make sure I get all my ducks in a row!!

Yes, I did the mailed ticket option so that if there is anything wrong with the tickets, I can get a refund.

Is Official Ticket Center as good as UT? They come out to be cheaper for me.

I have never heard of that retailer, so I can't speak to that. I would maybe do a search on the forum and see if anyone has used them before/reliability, etc.

We have used them before. We got a 10day hopper+WPM and they were cheaper than UCT-only time that has happened. Tickets took about 2 weeks to get to us- but that was a USPS issue, not OTC issue.

Mapleleaf tickets has the cheapest tickets. We have used them several times.

The ticket resellers have varied prices on each ticket. One might be cheaper on a 4 day base and another will have a cheaper price on a 6 day PH. Touring plans .com has a ticket calculator that will tell you which has the cheapest price on which ticket you want. Some of them need to be purchased through a link like the mousesavers newsletter link. But it will tell you the cheapest option.
