Hi All
Just returned from short trip to NC on US Airways. The second leg of the trip was cancelled (no reason given). I have never had this happen before so I didn't know what I was supposed to do. (I guess I have been lucky up until now!)
The airline ended up shipping us to the destination after 2 hrs of searching for our luggage and then putting us in a van with other passengers.
My question is this--Should I expect some kind of compensation from the airline? After all, I payed to fly to my destination, not drive there.
Thanks for any info.
