We are going to legoland in two weeks and I'm curious which roller coasters to plan for my 6yo.

She loves mine train, big thunder mountain and splash mountain but isn't a fan of space mountain or Everest. Wondering if the coasters at Legoland are tame or crazy compared to Disney coasters...

THANKS!!!

The coasters at LEGOLAND are pretty small. My 4 and 7 year old rode all but 1 (they weren't tall enough) and they loved them. The park is pretty cool to see- They actually enjoyed it more than Magic Kingdom or Universal and are begging to go back.

thanks... so I'm guessing if she's okay on Big Thunder and Splash she should like these okay??

My dd who is tall for her age rode all of the coasters at LL this summer with no problems. She was a few weeks shy of turing 5. She even road a few of them multiple times.

We didn't watch any, but I bet YouTube has videos of all of them that your son could watch ahead of time and decide if he wants to ride them.

My 8 year old is not a huge roller coaster fan (the Barnstormer is his speed but he would probably like Big Thunder if he'd just try it) and he'll ride everything at Legoland. There's only one that he wouldn't ride more than once, the Technic coaster. It has a pretty steep drop, but you can see it before you get on so you know what you're getting into.

My 5 year old can (and did) ride everything multiple times, but he'd get on the Hulk if he was tall enough.

I agree with the PP. Most of the coasters are similar to Barnstormer in intensity. DD1 was 5 when we went & rode almost everything.

The dragon coaster is a typical kiddie coaster that's pretty cool because it has a dark ride portion inside a castle. The Coastersaurus wood coaster is as tame as a wood coaster gets, its a kiddie wood coaster. The Project X coaster is the only one that has a bit higher thrill level, nothing too extreme but it has at least one decent drop.
