Can smartwatch and locket be left on going thru security?

If you’re concerned about it and bringing in an umbrella, sunglass case (certain types), etc., hold them out in front of you with the arm you’re wearing the watch on.

My bag got looked through 3 out of 4 days. Umbrellas. sunglasses case and epi pen can trigger a search.

Sorry, but when my bag caused it to beep (sometimes my camera set it off, other times not), they had to go through my bag. This was in February.
