Can not get my avatar picture on.

I definitely have enough posts but every time I try and put a picture on it says in red picture too large.

I definitely have enough posts but every time I try and put a picture on it says in red picture too large.

In order to post a picture it must be smaller than 1MB. And, unlike posting a picture in a thread (where you can drag and drop, or copy and paste, you must use a photo hosting site and copy the IMG code into the box.
