Can kids order off of adult menu ?

If you're on the Dining Plan, then they'll be restricted to the kids' options. If not, you can order them whatever you want. You just may end up paying the adult price.
I think some restaurants will adjust the portion size of an adult meal to accommodate a child, but YMMV, and they can probably attach whatever price to it that they want.
