Can kids give fur characters gifts?

My daughter is two, and she's a HUGE Minnie fan. We're visiting Disneyland in a couple of weeks and have a booking for breakfast at the Plaza Inn. She's very excited (she's been practising hugs) - and she's painted a picture she'd like to give to Minnie. Would that be something she'll be able to do when she meets Minnie on the day?

Yes, they can accept small, non-monetary gifts. Handmade pictures are really the ideal gift for a character
