Can it be done, or am I crazy?!

Have made my ADR for CP--5:00 pm show, 7:00 pm dinner at Le Cellier. Can I make it to the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and back in time for my dinner reservation? From what I've read, the CP is about 45 minutes, which gives me 15 minutes to get from the show to the tree lighting. But how long is the ceremony? Will I make it back to Canada in time for dinner? I just love to pack in as much fun as possible!!

I don't know how long CP lasts, since I've never been.

But I would budget at least 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from MK to Le Cellier. From MK, you can:

Take the resort monorail to the TTC, then hop on the EPCOT direct monorail from there. Keep in mind that the walk from the front of EPCOT back toward Le Cellier is a lengthy one. If there's much waiting involved in any of these steps, that 1:15 estimate could grow to more like 1:30 at the least. If you could push your Le Cellier ADR back 30 or 45 minutes, I'd consider it.

I believe the OP is referring to events that both take place in the World Showcase in Epcot. I am not sure how long the tree lighting ceremony lasts (although I can't imagine it is that lengthy) but my husband and I (no kids) could walk from the area that the tree is located to Le Cellier easily in 5 minutes. So I think you would be okay with your timing.

Unless you sit in the last row of the theater by the exit, you will probably have a hard time getting to the tree lighting before it starts. The tree is at the entrance to World Showcase which makes it as far from the theater as you can get in World Showcase. Don't know how long the ceremony takes but the walk from there to Le Cellier is not that far.

To be honest, I have no idea what CP even is, much less where it is. But since most special events are within MK, I assumed this would be, as well. My fault.
