Can I walk my dogs from RPR to Universal kennel?

Hi:

I will be staying with my two dogs at RPH. I know that the Park has a kennel at the parking garage. Do they allow us to walk my dogs there? Also, do they allow dogs (on the leash, of course) on the water taxi thing? I would appreciate your experience.

If you call the concierge desk at RPH they should be able to answer this for you. Sorry seems noone else has done this. I personally have never seen pets on the boats not to say there not allowed.
