Can I use pool after check-out?

If I were to check-out of the Nick Hotel at 11:00 am on a Monday, are we still allowed to use the pools for the rest of the afternoon? What if we were to drive off-site for lunch, can we still come back and use the pools until the end of the day Monday? Thanks in advance.

My *guess* would be yes, but I'm not sure.

There was a whole thread on this a few months ago.

Someone reported calling the resort and being told NO, you could NOT use the pool before and after checkin/out. Others said they had done it. Most of them seemed to advise not leaving the hotel however.

(I remember the thread because I was SHOCKED at the way the staff there seemed to treat guests for the prices they were charging. The hotel seems to use the "we LET you stay" model of service YUCK!)
