Can I use my own floral at the Napa Room?

Our plans are changing a bit and we are wanting to use the Napa Room for our reception next year. We asked our coordinator if we can use our own floral but she didn't seem to know. I figured it would be okay 'cuz it's not outside or in a park, but I'm hoping someone here knows for sure!
